John received his MBA in Finance from the Notre Dame de Namur University, a BS in Business from Santa Clara University, and is a graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory.

Colleen Tralongo

Principal

Colleen Tralongo, PHR, MBA has had her own Recruiting, Human Resources, and Coaching Practice for 20+ years in Silicon Valley. She has worked with a wide variety of customers and technologies and is very adept at building organizations from the bottom up. Her cross functional knowledge in Finance, as well as Recruiting and Human Resources make her contributions valuable for CEO’s who are looking for that power combination of skills, knowledge and strategic thinking to add value to their bottom lines.

Colleen graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Finance, then received her MBA – Finance from the College of Notre Dame in Belmont CA, has held her PHR, for 20 years.

“Keeping the Human in Human Resources”, is Colleen’s focus, along with creating safe and empathetic work environments. She is well educated in Neurodiversity in Hiring, and prides herself for her advocacy of people who are Neurodiverse, as well as continuing to educate others about what Neurodiversity means in the workplace and how it impacts a diversity strategy.

In addition, Colleen is a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer, CRTP, through the California Tax Education Council (CTEC).

In her spare time, Colleen likes to spend time in nature, traveling, hiking with friends, and most importantly, spending time with her 2 adults her partner, John, and her dogs. Travel adventures feed her soul, as does meeting and working with humans every day.
